Meet personally with Shawna, who will think out loud while she examines your home.  You will have the opportunity to walk beside her and take notes of her home staging techniques. Also a great tool for individuals flipping homes.  Shawna will share her tricks of the trade secrets; that will save you money and time. Flat rate $145. (written report not included).

All home staging services start with a consultation.  This is a complete review of your home. the dressed home will examine your home including inside and outside, then provide professional recommendation to maximize the potential of your home.  Over a period of time the home is overlooked by the home owner. An exclusive detailed report will be provided on how to address problem areas and enhance the properties selling features. Rates start at $250. 

Hire us to do the work for you. Depending on your needs we will spend four to eight hours getting your home ready to show to prospective buyers. Typically no new accessories are needed to show case your homes potentials for top dollar. With our talent and creativity we will make good use of your own furnishings. Rates start at $60 hour; minimal 4 hours.

We also offer vacant staging for empty homes, whether you are a seller who has moved out, builder, lender, asset manager or investor, we can stage the vacant home with furnishings and decor to help buyer’s have a clear vision on the potential a property may actually offer. This is often over looked by buyers, when a home is vacant. Individual quote required.

Get your home picture ready, let The Dressed Home dress your vacant or occupied home prior to pictures. On line photos that lack appeal will not capture potential buyers.  We will work with the photographer to capture that 1st on- line impressions. After you have cleaned and de-clutter, The Dressed Home will come behind you and arrange art work, home decor and furniture for photos.

Picture Ready Vacant Staging Includes; props and the use of furniture for vacant home staging.  We will dress your bathrooms, kitchens, stage your entry and enhance your homes selling features with our inventory on photo day.
